Motion Failure Diagnose

Please first check the following:

  • Ensure no obstacles are hindering movement,
  • Device locks are not engaged,
  • The camera load does not exceed capacity limits.
If motion failure is not caused by above reasons and your setup includes HeadPLUS V1/V2, Motor module V1/V2/V3, JibONE V1/V2, or Pan Module V1, verify the product's "manual motion tension tightness".
